It is important for any club to support the development of junior
squash and this is certainly true in Hart. We are very fortunate
to have some skilled and committed coaches who are prepared to
commit their time to finding and developing the squash players
of the future. To this end there are junior squash sections at
both the Fleet and Frogmore sports centres.
Hart - based
at the Fleet sports centre.

Gary runs coaching sessions every Saturday afternoon as follows:
If you are older then please contact
Gary to discuss.
For those youngsters who have never played before, there is
an introduction to the game called ‘Mini Squash’ which
is great fun and ‘cool’ to play. As youngsters progress
they get their own player achievement passport which will be used
at every lesson and filled up with “Squashie stamps”
to keep a record of what has been learnt.

for more information.
Frogmore - based at Frogmore Community
Campus, Yateley (aka Frogmore School).
The juniors have coaching sessions every Saturday morning throughout
the year. David Beardmore is head coach. Below is a rough guide
to the ages, though the groups are strictly organised by ability
rather than age.
All the coaching is undertaken by England Squash qualified coaches
who are regular players at each centre.
New members are always welcome
- just come along to the relevant session above and we will get
you started. No need for a racquet or balls (you will have to
buy some eventually but we can lend them to you to start with),
but you will need a T-shirt and shorts and some non-marking sports
shoes.
